It now has been a couple of weeks that i have bought my new PC but since then i was facing problems with my broadband internet which i think that it has been resolved now. Earlier i have planned to install three linux flavors on my PC namely : Ubuntu , Slackware and Gentoo so as to try my hands on it . But now i hv that freedom to set my self ready for it . I was waiting for long time so i cannot resist any more and also I can feel the level of excitement within myself . Anyway lets start with the installation first however there is long way to go before i could do something functional with Linux. But before i proceed further i want to answer why i want to install these three Linux flavors? . Look at below ::

What i want to say over here is that these three different Linux distro’s represent different learning curves . Ubuntu being the easiest to work with , Slackware is tougher and Gentoo even more . These three distro’s offers different level of transparency .During my course of Linux learning i will try to maintain equality in using these three distro. WOW i am getting excited so cannot resist myself on my journey to Linux.
First disto that i wanted to install was ubuntu but its new 8.10 version is due to be released in next 12 days so decided to wait and till then install other two first. Hope so this journey to Linux gonna be very exciting !!!.
